This was my first "big boy" car purchase and it was a very good experience having gone through that with Flemington Audi. John Rachmiel was the personnel responsible for handling the sale of my 2011 Audi S5. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable with his services. He went above and beyond what I expected of a typical sales representative. I informed him that the Audi S5 didn't have any air caps on the tires and he went out, got them, and put it on the car himself. He made sure that I was comfortable in terms of utilizing the navigation, radio, etc. inside the car before I left. He even ensured that he'll cover the cost for my PA inspection since I'm from Philly and purchasing a car with NJ inspection stickers. I thought this was a nice additional benefit. As far as the price, I believe I got a very fair deal after looking at what's currently and has been on the market for a 2011 Audi S5 Prestige (given the mileage). Additionally, I also worked with Jon Budd for a very brief moment. He was responsible for having me sign all of the proper documents and informing me of the additional services that were available to me for my Audi S5. My only concern is that he could have been more time sensitive with his explanations. In other words, I felt like he was simply going through the motions of "quickly explaining" and having me right back out. At one point, I questioned to simply clarify my understanding of a particular service that he informed me of. I perceived that he was frustrated by having to further explain. So instead he gave me a brochure so that I can take home and look at. This isn't particularly a huge concern for me. I just expect premium customer service since I am paying premium dollars on my purchase. Overall, I would recommend Flemington Audi to others. I drove a little over an hour away just to purchase my car from Philly. All personnel were very friendly and helpful. My first time car purchase could not have gone any smoother. I also commend John Rachmiel for the time and care he put into making my car purchase a seamless and enjoyable experience.
